
Q. When I try to track my order, I get the following status message:
"Billing Information Received"
"Electronic Shipping Info Received"
"There is no record of that item. If it was mailed recently, information may not yet be available. Please try again
later."
A. This means that we have shipped your order but the database has
not been updated with your package status. It could take up to 2 days
for database to get updated.
Q. When I try
to track my order, I get the following message... I don't live in Norwalk, CA.
"Your item was accepted at the Norwalk, CA and is enroute to its delivery destination."
A. We are in Norwalk, CA and your
order has been shipped and it is on it's way to you.
