When I try to track my order, I get the following status message:
"Billing Information Received"
A. This means that we have shipped your order but the UPS' database has
not been updated with your package status. It could take up to 2 days
for UPS' database to get updated.

not been updated with your tracking number. It could take up to 2 days
for USPS' database to get updated.
Q. When I try
to track my order, I get the following message... I don't live in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
"Your item was accepted at the Santa Fe Springs, CA and is enroute to its delivery destination."
A. We are in Santa Fe Springs, CA and your
order has been shipped and it is on it's way to you.
You
can track your order by inputing the tracking number below.
This
tracking number is provided to you via email after your order has shipped.
All
packages with tracking numbers that begin with 1ZY are shipped via UPS.
