Costumes and Accessories
Due to the seasonal nature of our business, all Costumes are non-refundable, only exchangeable (within 14 days AND before October 23rd).
This includes all accessories (which includes and is not limited to petticoats, jewelry and shoes/boots purchased with the costumes).
Costume orders can not be cancelled once they have been placed.
All costumes ordered between October 23rd through November 1st are final sale with no returns or exchanges.
We will gladly exchange your costume for a different size, style or any non-Halloween related item(s) from our online store.
Exchanged items must be of the same or higher value of the original item.
If the requested exchange is not available, a different item must be chosen as the exchange.
If you are exchanging your costume for another size or style, please follow these instructions:
- Place another order selecting the style and size you need (your credit card will be charged for the replacement order)
- Within the checkout section, in the [Comment] section, please indicate that your order is an exchange and that you will be sending your original order back
- Ship your original order back to us with a copy of your invoice and a note indicating that you are exchanging it
- Please ship the package back with a tracking number so that the package is traceable. We are not responsible for packages lost in shipping
- When your original order is received, we will issue a refund back to your credit card for the value of the original item and notify you via e-mail
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangable Items
The following items can NOT be returned for a refund OR exchange:
- All items within the Stockings and Hosiery, Wigs, Makeup and False Eyelashes sections
- All items with " **SALE " on the name or description
- Lingerie, Undergarments, Underwear, Corsets, Panties are also non-returnable due to Health Regulations
- Any items with signs of wear or damage, missing tags, missing the original packaging
- Any shoes or boots with markings on the merchandise or box (this includes using the shoes box as a shipping box)
- All returned items must be unworn and in resalable condition
1. If you have time, send the item back within the 14 day period with the invoice and a note with the item that you want to exchange it for. (Please note, if the item is a fast selling item, it might sell out before we receive and process the exchange)
2. If it is URGENT, place another order for the item that you want. This will be sent out as soon as the order has been placed. Send the first item back within the 14 day period, with the invoice and a note that you have placed another order for the exchange. A refund will be issued for the first item.
If the item that you would like to exchange does not apply to the "Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangable Items" & "Costumes" sections above, returns must be received within 14 days for a refund
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns with Free Ground Shipping will have the shipping cost ($8.50) deducted for partial or full returns.
Gift wrapping fee is non-refundable.
Processing time for returns is 14 days and will be notified via e-mail that your return has been processed.
20% Restocking Fee Applies to the following:
- Costume, costume accessories and Wig returns
- Missing, damaged or taped shoe boxes (includes using the shoe box as the shipping box)
- Refused Packages
- Undeliverable Packages
- Returns sent after 14 days of received date
- Returns of bulk orders.
Damaged or Missing Items
Damaged or missing merchandise MUST be reported within 5 days of arrival and is the responsibility of the customer. Date of arrival will be checked with the tracking number.

Sending the Package to Us
- Please return all items with all packaging to insure a safe return.
- We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping.
- When Returning an item, PLEASE be sure to send using delivery confirmation or tracking.
- Please include the copy of Invoice along with a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
