Available in soft woven fabric in green plaid (Kelly green with blue and white plaid pattern) and red plaid (racy red with blue and white pattern) and features super soft black tulle underskirt in high quality black mesh tulle fabric that does not add any volume to the skirt and peeks out underneath with 2" ruffle.
Length increases with size and Xlarge is 12.5" long and features 33" waist.
1X/2X is 13" long and 36" waist.
3X/4X is 14" long and 40" waist.
